Questions

Does it work without signal?

Completely. Nothing needs the internet except buying Pro and sharing the finished PDF.

Where are my reports stored?

On your phone, in the app's private storage. We never receive them. That also means you should keep exported PDFs somewhere safe, because a lost phone means lost reports.

Will deposit schemes accept the reports?

The inventory, check-in and check-out templates follow the structure adjudicators expect: room by room, condition and cleanliness per item, dated photographs, meter readings, keys and signatures. Acceptance is always the adjudicator's call, so keep your originals.

Can my client or tenant sign on my phone?

Yes. Choose the role, they sign with a finger, and the time and device are recorded with the signature statement.

Is there an Android version?
